What is CRUISEAuid?

CRUISEAuid was developed for Host Agencies that want to provide CRUISEA access to individual agents, independent travel professionals or small agencies working under their organisation.

Instead of creating a complete independent CRUISEA agency account, each CRUISEAuid user receives a single-user login connected to the Host Agency.

The CRUISEAuid account inherits the functionality available through the Host Agency's CRUISEA licence.

This means the individual agent benefits from the professional CRUISEA sales environment while remaining part of the Host Agency's infrastructure.

What does UID mean?

UID stands for UnterID – a Sub-Agency ID used to uniquely identify an individual agent or agency within the Host Agency structure.

The UID can contain up to 13 characters and is the key identifier CRUISEHOST uses to associate the user and their bookings with the correct sub-agency account.

This creates a simple but powerful structure: many independent agents or agencies can work through the same Host Agency while their bookings remain clearly separated.

Your Bookings Stay Your Bookings

One of the most important functions of CRUISEAuid is the separation of booking information.

Bookings are associated with the individual UID. This ensures that users or agencies operating with a different UID within the same Host Agency structure cannot see each other's bookings.

Each CRUISEAuid therefore creates its own clearly separated working environment within the Host Agency's CRUISEA setup.
